Anyone experience call drop when on Wifi calling? Situation is like this, I'm in a building where phone signal is not strong, around 1 bar. So since I'm connected to Wifi I believe it uses wifi calling. However always when I make call or receive call, the line always drop.

Which part of the app can key in card for autobilling? I found the part to change my email and home address, but not the autobilling registration.

Doing it at the store will be faster since you do not have to wait for sim card postage. If lucky you can get everything done within the same day.

Buy a prepaid sim and test at your area first. If coverage and performance is to your satisfaction, then go for it. Different telco perform differently in different area.

Be firm in your decision. No means no, and you must insist they not send you the sim card. So now you have to keep reject the MNP confirmation.

The web login is fine here... Only thing is that some feature like auto billing and the live chat have to done by using the app.

It will SMS you to change sim card once port out is success. Meanwhile you can call Celcom to find out the MNP status.

Which plan? some plan will have quota roll over and some not. Not all of the quota can be carry forward though.

One way is to leave some data until the end of your billing cycle, so that you can enjoy free 1gb from 1pm to 7pm. At least some data there for browsing.
I was thinking of going for hotlink flex, but because of the data is too little, I did not.

You should set it as metered connection in windows 10, so that it won't eat up your data for downloading updates.
Actually, I wish they have more choice for internet top-up like prepaid.

You can't do that as per answer in q1. VoLTE is not a VOIP call. It just meant that the call are placed over 4G network with better voice quality and you can surf and call at the same time on 4G network. Charges are still the same.

Can you try turn off airplane mode and just let it simultaneously on cellular and wifi network? I have call drop quite often unless I use either one of them. Just want ppl here to test out if they do have same experience.
