Anyone experience call drop when on Wifi calling? Situation is like this, I'm in a building where phone signal is not strong, around 1 bar. So since I'm connected to Wifi I believe it uses wifi calling. However always when I make call or receive call, the line always drop.

Speaking of auto billing, do I need to go to Digi center to register for auto billing?

QUOTE(kenlui @ Apr 21 2018, 12:34 AM) You can actually do it using the digi app. I've did mine and actually changed card once. Thanks. Will try to check that out, though I hate the interface of this new app.

QUOTE(radi0head @ Apr 22 2018, 10:28 PM) I would like to MNP over to DiGi from Celcom... Prepaid to Prepaid... It would be better to MNP personally at the store or doing it online ? Doing it at the store will be faster since you do not have to wait for sim card postage. If lucky you can get everything done within the same day.

QUOTE(tympg @ Apr 24 2018, 10:03 PM) Be on Best Prepaid 2017. I don't know how exactly it happened but I've been offered the 3GB for RM10 for quite some time now. I assume everyone on Best Prepaid 2017 is offered this, but I'm not completely sure. Not everyone. the promo is for selected users.

QUOTE(Kaka23 @ Apr 28 2018, 02:02 PM) Is it worth to consider DIGI plan if want to get devise for lower price? Or other telco better? Buy a prepaid sim and test at your area first. If coverage and performance is to your satisfaction, then go for it. Different telco perform differently in different area.

QUOTE(wusion123 @ Apr 30 2018, 11:10 AM) Digi call me to provide me a Infinite 100 package with RM20 rebate every month for 1 year. I told them I am happy with my celcom line and no confidence with DIGI network because always slow and no connection. Then the digi people said we send you the SImcard 1st, you can consider and call us back if u change ur mind, then i said Ok i wil call you if I wanna MNP to digi after that. Surprisely, this 2 day i keep receive sms from CELCOM ask me type YES and NO to switch to DIGI!!! I never apply to MNP, how can DIGI do tat for me automatically. zzzz.... Be firm in your decision. No means no, and you must insist they not send you the sim card. So now you have to keep reject the MNP confirmation.

QUOTE(sbd @ May 18 2018, 03:24 PM) yes can confirm no basic data, i used to have that plan but now migrated to hotlink flex. One way is to leave some data until the end of your billing cycle, so that you can enjoy free 1gb from 1pm to 7pm. At least some data there for browsing. I was thinking of going for hotlink flex, but because of the data is too little, I did not.

QUOTE(culain99 @ May 18 2018, 04:07 PM) yes P38 confirmed no free basic data, I hotspot it to PC and kena huge windows 10 update, straight monthly data kaput. You should set it as metered connection in windows 10, so that it won't eat up your data for downloading updates. Actually, I wish they have more choice for internet top-up like prepaid.

QUOTE(sharp56 @ May 27 2018, 09:54 PM) I want to enquire about voLTE calls using DIGI: 1. Can I use voLTE call to a normal house telekom landline or the other side must have voLTE capability before the call can be connected. Both side must have VoLTE capability. 2. If I call a landline overseas using voLTE, is this call considered as internet call without charges (similar to whatsapp call) or is it considered as an overseas call with oversea rate charges You can't do that as per answer in q1. VoLTE is not a VOIP call. It just meant that the call are placed over 4G network with better voice quality and you can surf and call at the same time on 4G network. Charges are still the same.

QUOTE(tympg @ May 29 2018, 11:03 AM) On Sunday, my phone was in the house all day with aeroplane mode on but with WiFi on also. The VoWiFi feature on my Huawei phone meant I could still make/receive calls/SMS without the cellular signal on. This has proved to be a great battery saver as I can leave the phone on WiFi-only mode. Can you try turn off airplane mode and just let it simultaneously on cellular and wifi network? I have call drop quite often unless I use either one of them. Just want ppl here to test out if they do have same experience.
