I called CS to put me on the list. They said they couldn't because it was done randomly.

fake. it not random. you must do something then got some offer or some punishment. dg have some AI robot monitoring user behavior. my guest watching this tered too.

mnp to cheap prepaid got nothing
downloading too much kena capped speed
bypass quota with vpn inject boom internet gone this is last time story

i got 2 prepaid line in digi, 1 is rm38 internet plus plan, another 1 just idle plan. both didnt received any offer also .

once my prepaid finish use up i port out to gx50. already got 1 line using gx50. so far so good since launching, just these 2 days a bit slow.

I thought only have 1 setting for APN? 3G/LTE selection is on your phone network setting..

Digi problem? Same on mine, other apps no issue, open play store showing no internet connection

Stupid DG, I port out to U Mobile and then call me offer RM60 Unlimited 10mbps with 5GB hotspots. I complaint about the poor coverage then ask me dont reply to the confirm sms first and give 48hrs for their technician to check.

Then offer me RM80 with 20GB hotspots instead of give me rebate for my current Infinite 150. They prefer me pay 60 instead of give me rebate and pay 100+.

Want me stay, but still provide the poor services until now.

Because they dont know how to use the correct strategy to remain their customers. They like the user number instead of revenue number. Stupxd.

Better buy Umobile prepaid SIM and try it out at your area 1st before you port over

Do not bow to their request. I strongly urge you to reply that port out SMS ASAP. Otherwise demand coverage to be perfect and price lowered without speed cap. Now it's your time to demand or port out, so your call.

I thought so too, but I read someone post about this on mobile phone section few weeks back.
diginet apn is auto setup when slot in digi simcard, but got another apn need to manually setup.
I've been looking for this, idk if it's for broadband apn or universal to other prepaid/postpaid.
