Stupid DG, I port out to U Mobile and then call me offer RM60 Unlimited 10mbps with 5GB hotspots. I complaint about the poor coverage then ask me dont reply to the confirm sms first and give 48hrs for their technician to check.

Then offer me RM80 with 20GB hotspots instead of give me rebate for my current Infinite 150. They prefer me pay 60 instead of give me rebate and pay 100+.

Want me stay, but still provide the poor services until now.

Because they dont know how to use the correct strategy to remain their customers. They like the user number instead of revenue number. Stupxd.

They ask me dont reply the MNP confirmation first until their technician team check the poor coverage that I complained. Ask me give me 48hrs. I agree to give them 48hrs. But I never accept any offer from them. bruce.gif Btw, already complain to SKMM.

Sure. Will keep follow up with SKMM. By right they cant simply tier an 'Exclusive Deal' to my account which consider as contract.
