Hi everyone, is it advisable to get a unit here? Is there any possible problems that will occur in the future? I went for viewing before and it is very spacious.

really like the huge balcony layout + direct access from living and masterbed room.. any other projects with similar concept?

Just read through X2 thread, the same thing happened there. Developer been delaying the VP month by month for 8 months and no MCO during that time. Guess the developer is very inefficient in getting the VP over the line. However, I still willing to wait if the quality of the units are good.

But what surprising is that, the SA was very active in posting the booked units..70%, 80%, 90%..fully booked...taking waiting list..but when the VP got delayed not one actually came forward to explain. Abit disappointed in tht.

Definitely a good place if you like spacious house. And if you spend a lot of time at home with your family.

Yes. Suddenly all sales person MIA. XD

Thanks for sharing the X2 story. And we have no choice only can wait. Just hope that they can get their VP ASAP and keep us update.

I like that area because it's quite peaceful as it's quite far from the city. The only thing is that i'm working at Bandar Sunway which is quite a distance. Not only that, i am also concerned that it will be jammed in the morning and evening. sad.gif

Traffic is bad in morning, even few hundred meters from the condo you'll start to have jam, and LDP is always jam during peak hours. However, this is common issue anywhere unless u live and work in abit rural area. But, I've been in this area for 11 years and u can actually avoid 50% of the jam by using kampung road which eventually ull learn. This side of puchong gives u good access to Shah alam, klang, cyber...putrajaya..klia..and north south highway... only kl town is abit far...but if u hav no need to go kl Town frequently...I think this condo will be a good place for own stay fly time...

Is there any Sales Agent here who could at least enlighten all fellow buyers here on the progress towards CCC and ultimately the VP. Much appreciated if some form of after sales service is provided. SA liaise closely with developer and hence, would have a better knowledge of the whole situation. Buyers are left in the dark as the VP is constantly delayed months after months. The MCO is an excuse but it is dragging too long.

Don't bother to ask here. All sales person suddenly MIA. We also been waiting for answer. We shall call to their office again in December as they promised year end. Next month is December already. Hopefully not 31st Dec.

Heard from the Bangla ppl working there that there are about 100 more houses which the wood flooring in the rooms are still on going and few more months to complete it...not sure how true is that..hopefully that's not the case.

Lot of speculation but that's why we need the SA to really help us, but looks like the SA for this project goes MIA when their information is needed the most. Definitely wont recommend these SA in any other thread for Tower B.

The latest update i received is that pending KPKT approval. Heard VP in Dec/Jan.

Anybody knows how many yrs of leasehold is the new project for Tasik Residensi condo at Puchong Putra Prima? I heard for X2 residensi condobis only 88 yrs. Not sure whthr I'm correct

amazing forum, been reading post but finally made my decision to register. now on this topic, found this thread, bought a unit and was promised june/july, delay till sept, dec and today just called they say end of Jan.

1. i would like to meet up some neighbours if anyone just bought a unit here, whatsapp or telegram will be great.
2. also is there any way we can add pressure so the developer stop giving excuses on delivery date? what are our options?

Actually I was wondering if the developer really done all they could n now wht delaying is approval by government agency. Any1 got contact wth the related government side to verify. Cause if it's really delay at government end, than nothing much can be done by pushing developer. Unless developer is required to do sm fixing in certain unit which delays the VP..than we can push developer..

Yes I think now 88 yes. But my agent told me that the developer will renew it for 99 year once VP

Great idea on the chat group. I think if we push the developer collectively as a group, we might get a better result rather than the constant delay.

You mentioned end of January, I bet my money that come January, it will be delayed to February 2021.

I agree with you that government side will be abit difficult. But I believe is the developer side is not doing their on timely manner. Until few days ago, the water meters are yet to install because they did not follow the dateline of submission. Supposed to submit the document to air selangor before August, but when I called in September, they mentioned they will only submit in October.
