amazing forum, been reading post but finally made my decision to register. now on this topic, found this thread, bought a unit and was promised june/july, delay till sept, dec and today just called they say end of Jan.
1. i would like to meet up some neighbours if anyone just bought a unit here, whatsapp or telegram will be great.
2. also is there any way we can add pressure so the developer stop giving excuses on delivery date? what are our options?

N we been paying for the bank interest, n no SA actually came forward to tel if we can claim the interest as there is word of mouth tht new buyer can claim.
Yes true, I can claim back the interest paid.
Another update is, you can bring your renovators and contractors to view the unit to take measurement, so I think it is okie as developer site is accommodating too.

AGM just finished in July, now maintenance is 18cents psf
