QUOTE(#Victor @ May 23 2018, 05:35 PM) Got the SMS: Just called TM for something else, but then they mentioned about promo to switch over to Ruby Plus from Jumbo Lite and no charges for early contract termination. Happily accepted it but I just hope they won't be overcharging me next month.CODE RM0 Great news! Your Jumbo Lite Pack is now with more than 10 additional channels including FOX Sports, FOX & BBC First! Learn more bit.ly/2s2W1aE |

QUOTE(Holyjolly @ Jun 20 2018, 02:01 PM) Sifu-sifu here, I have been applying for unifi for the half year pass, but there is not port available at my area. Actually my neighbors are using unifi. You should try, maybe it helps. It seems like TM has no other solutions except asking me to wait for the available port, which means need to wait others to cut unifi line and make the port available. I don't think it gonna happen. Agents don't have any idea also... What can I do on this? Should I complaint to MCMC? Any workable idea will do... |

QUOTE(jian5481 @ Jul 3 2018, 04:57 PM) I signed the package RM179 for 30Mbps few years back. I think best you can do now is to go to TMPoint and speak with their manager, then you will get your price lowered to RM139. No more contract right?Previously when Najib announced the internet speed thing during one of the budget tabling, TM offered free speed upgrade. My area not qualified due to the building cable. All I got was the free 1 year Jumbo pack for HyppTV. Then they offered + RM10, free upgrade speed. Not qualified too. Now the same thing, upgrade speed...and cheaper 30Mbps for B40. I'm not qualified for both again. Seriously, WTF? |

QUOTE(yvliew @ Aug 4 2018, 05:09 PM) The white box is the FDP, a fibre cable will be pulled from there when you install unifiQUOTE(birain @ Aug 4 2018, 05:19 PM) Not just for maxis, but also for unifi, but it should be TM deploying the infrastructure for unifi first since maxis is only riding on TM's infrastructure in most area |
