i dispute with them claiming their itemize billing was misleading as the discount is indeed specify on internet and not the unifi tv pack.
i was paying the same amount since my 10mbps day for the internet price. and now they increase my price at the basis of "recurring charges" stay the same.
i ask them to escalate the problem and will continue to fight.

becos if u examine yr old or existing contract, voice recordings or billings, unifi has plugged everything for that eventuality, and u had agreed.
also, seriously, if u had been given u free jumbo/ultimate at some stage, it is quite silly to say "i want to keep free jumbo/ultimate but pay me back aneka or ruby charges". whatever is or was given free also has terms and conditions tied to it, we can be sure.
anyway, keep trying, let others know if u can get anything.
