Content-wise, TM already renames their Jumbo to Ultimate and others too, but back-end change will only commence late May for unifi users.
This time if you have the Ultimate pack, you can't subscribe to another pack.

Customer will save RM 30 for existing customer with Jumbo+Ruby.

May2017:  Unifi10Mbps(rm99)+Ruby(rm30)+STD20(rm20) =rm139,
even after RYE2017 rm10 upgrade, service start date remained as May2017.

Dec2017:   Unifi30Mbps(rm49)+Ruby(rm30)+Jumbo(rm60)+STD20(rm20) =rm159

In Jun2018 bill Jumbo changed to Ultimate, all else remained.

According to CS at TMpoint, even if I remove Ruby now(already 1 year), package price will remain at rm159, because TM would reduce the discount by rm30.

I don't think what they did was correct.Your current discount is tied to your internet plan.So it was their fault to designed it like that.They should tied the discount to the specific unifi tv pack if they really want to match back to RM159 .As long you stick with your internet plan, your discount must stay.

Thanks. Damn, I realized I've been overpaying for God-knows how long at RM169 + RM30 for Hypp. Back in 2015 when they offered the free upgrade to 30Mbps without the price change, wasn't informed about the price drop.

Just got mine changed to RM139, tied with 2-year contract.

Nothing changed, except now I would be paying RM139 instead of RM199.

CS at another TMPOINTS in JB allowed me to cancel Ruby and reduced price from rm159 to rm129 without any penalty. Will confirm in the next bill on 16July. Hopefully price reduced by rm30. Thanks.

I'm currently on VIP 10 at RM149 per month, but I just noticed there is a unifi lite at the same speed for just RM129? Looks like I have been paying extra for a similar package.

May I know what is the difference between the 2 and how do I switch to this lite package or are there any better package (higher speed/same price) for my situation? Thx

Seem like not fair to those who 100mbps currently it should 1gbps and not 800mbps only

So far they dint mentioned on charges, but ask me to terminate and reapply, need to return all the equipment during termination. Get it all new again when new contract installation... But possible i will have no internet for that buffer period unless I apply new one b4 terminate the old, paying for double line during that period.

Can remove but will not save RM 30. It deducts RM 30 from HyppTV but adds back RM 30 to Internet.

My Ruby also >12 months but I'm not sure if it's refreshed again when I added RM 10 in Dec last year. Maybe yes..

Try a few days.. Quite a shame from such the major wired ISP in the country. They should have anticipated this and prepared accordingly.

You should count yourself lucky for being allocated with public ipv4 address.
Some poor souls are allocated with private ipv4 address

They call this range different, CGNAT. 100.64.0.0/10
NATted and unroutable on the internet.
