QUOTE(young_97 @ Jul 17 2018, 11:50 PM) Im currently paying RM209 for UniFi Pro 100Mbps - RYE 2017 Can only remove Ruby after >12 month so as not to incur penalty fees. Ultimate cant be removed cos it was packaged as part of the RYE2017 upgrade. I am now on 30Mbps@rm49+STD@rm20+Ultimate@rm60 and will be turboupgraded in Aug to Dec 2018.for HyppTV Part it charges 1. Ruby Plus Pack (Promo) - 30 2. Ultimate Pack - 60 Is it possible to remove one HyppTV package ? |

QUOTE(Berserker @ Jul 21 2018, 10:55 AM) Anyone here have tried to unsubscribe ruby pack or other add on from their ultimate pack package? Ultimate pack already included the 3 add on pack. Whats the point of getting the add on packs? Refer to my last few postings in this thread.Maybe someone care to share if the package is wrongly interpreted. My bill still charge 60(ultimate)+30(ruby)=90. https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=Sear...sult_type=posts This post has been edited by MGM: Jul 21 2018, 11:45 AM |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 21 2018, 12:05 PM) Gotta try your luck. Mine was rejected straight away. Anyway, since the free upgrade speed is on the way, I will wait till my speed is upgraded only complain again. I was rejected couple of times just like 1 & 2, until Xefron confirmed that 3 is possible. So when my Ruby has been subscribed for > 12 months I went ahead and tried again and was successfully. So far three outcomes from this thread: 1) TM rejected our request to remove Ruby. 2) TM accepted our request to remove Ruby but our Internet discount becomes lesser and at the end we are still paying the same monthly amount. 3) TM accepted our request to remove Ruby and monthly fees is reduced by RM 30. No consistency at all, so you gotta try your luck until you get scenario 3. I will do it again like I said after I get my 800Mbps and may involve MCMC if TM refuses since MCMC interference always works for me. This post has been edited by MGM: Jul 21 2018, 12:53 PM |

QUOTE(tititilly @ Jul 21 2018, 01:01 PM) I just told the CS that since Ultimate already consists of all V/A/R channels no reason to keep Ruby n moreover I have subs Ruby for > 12 month. So I just requested for the removal of Ruby and the CS did it for me after some verification. I also confirmed with the CS that no surcharge/penalty to be incurred. Luckily my internet discount is perpetual. Look for senior CS who can make decision. This post has been edited by MGM: Jul 21 2018, 01:22 PM |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 22 2018, 10:09 AM) Xefron is our TM insider news provider and don't ask source from him because he cannot share openly. He is also the one who confirmed that I can remove Ruby pack if I already have Ultimate pack. Thanks to him I have a reduction of rm30.So far his information is accurate. |

I think most likely when once a standard pricing is set, say 50Mbps+Ultimate+STD20@rm159, then who ever pays higher than that will get it reduced to rm159, but those who are paying lower will keep the price. I hope I am the later.
I am lucky I managed to remove my Ruby pack and got my plan reduced by rm30 and also got the email for turbo upgrade. |
