So is your new bill out? Is the monthly fee really less by RM30 now?

Im currently paying RM209 for UniFi Pro 100Mbps - RYE 2017

for HyppTV Part it charges
1. Ruby Plus Pack (Promo) - 30
2. Ultimate Pack - 60

Is it possible to remove one HyppTV package ?

Anyone here have tried to unsubscribe ruby pack or other add on from their ultimate pack package? Ultimate pack already included the 3 add on pack. Whats the point of getting the add on packs?
Maybe someone care to  share if the package is wrongly interpreted.

My bill still charge 60(ultimate)+30(ruby)=90.

Gotta try your luck. Mine was rejected straight away. Anyway, since the free upgrade speed is on the way, I will wait till my speed is upgraded only complain again.

So far three outcomes from this thread:
1) TM rejected our request to remove Ruby.
2) TM accepted our request to remove Ruby but our Internet discount becomes lesser and at the end we are still paying the same monthly amount.
3)  TM accepted our request to remove Ruby and monthly fees is reduced by RM 30.

No consistency at all, so you gotta try your luck until you get scenario 3. I will do it again like I said after I get my 800Mbps and may involve MCMC if TM refuses since MCMC interference always works for me.

what reasons did you give that finally TM gavein ?

So you're actually paying $30 less then previously after Ruby was removed?
Can you elaborate on the your plan/mthly subscription before and after?

Confirm waive RM30. They have confirmed with me . So my new total would be rm159

The only thing TM never tell here is whether all the discounts are perpertual or otherwise.

You can try but from the forummers feedback here the case outcome varies from case to case basis

buy a homeplug & get gigabit switch port ler. homeplug maybe 300-500Mbps depending on your wiring & type of homeplug.
just bought mine for rm53 coz I need more port. 4 is not enough. I alone need 4 ports. 1 for hypptv & 1 for my bro
