It is apps or unifi problem?
When youtube-ing on phone (both my phone),
Half of time it auto play at 144p or 240p,
What era it play at that quality,
If i manual select 480p, or 720p it wil non stop buffering,
Cannot watch at all,
No issue on pc, it auto play 480p or 720p if i full screen

Could be router issue, but most likely speed not fast enough.

Or any setting can set, use TP link 841HP
Speedtest can 34mbps down 11 mbps up

Are you the only one that is using the connection? It could be your router issue, or someone in your household taking all the bandwidth by downloading torrents, or gaming intensively.

Happen recently when tm change the hypptv package offering, for my case from jumbo to ultimate.
U need to lodge complain to them.

If I connect to a laptop by changing to lan port 3 on the router it works. But when
I connect to lan4, my hypptv fails on gateway, central, ntp, dns and multicast.

If I leave it on lan port 3 on router, I fail on central and multicast only.

What am I doing wrong?

i received a RM10 speed upgrade via email.
current package , RM139 for 30Mbps+Aneka plus before gst
so i went to tm point cyberjaya this morning and did the upgrade,
now, RM149 for 50Mbps+Aneka plus+ Voice STD20 before gst
try to get Ultimate pack included but the cs said no, she just throw in STD20 instead.
not bad i think.

Hi bro, I think you need to be business to request for static IP. Why do you want that anyway? Might as well pay for a NoIP Dynamic DNS that only costs RM100 a year.
