i dont have that setting on my smart tv, if youtube yes it have that function.
now im looking for TIME, but still they ddnt reach my house. but on their map shows that less than 2km from my house got TIME installed. sigh

Me too. Beside my neighbors house there is a high rise building with TIME coverage, and the area to support is limited within the building only. According to TIME support, we need to lodge a report to them to seek for new coverage within our residential area, then only they will do something to our area. Bear in mind the speed for TIME is excellent, more than 100mbps for every speed test done at my friends house despite during peak hours.

me at my area, Penang area, celcom wireless broadband gave me averagely up to 40 mbps DL and 15 mbps UL during non-peak period.. peak duration mostly 10~15 mbps DL and 5mbps UL only..

i never get 100mbps like that.. however, for 10mbps DL and 5mbps UL is sufficient for me to do work.. hopefully the connection is stable as it is..

I was just back from canceling the wireless plan from Celcom Blue Cube. I noticed that even the CS who attended to me did not know Netflix is not part of Video walla now. Celcom really need to improve!

I thought Digi 150 infinite speed is bad
*
Previously at my place, yes. I use Digi i150 in my other house, so I just swap them and noticed the speeds are acceptable (>10Mbps) even during peak hours. With ExpressVPN enabled will get about 70-80% speed.

QUOTE(Jeffreynsx @ Jul 22 2018, 06:39 AM)
Have you purchase the Prepaid Digi sim card to test first before subscribe to Digi Infinite 150? Peak hours sometimes can drop till 1.XX mbps only.
Yes. But not sure why he paid RM300 (1 month in advance).
Yes. If peak hours will be slow but non peak hours will be extremely fast (subjected to the area coverage).
*
I was using two i150 packages previously before cancelling one and took up Celcom Wireless. So I just swap and test. Strange, it’s always 1 month in advance for me. Previously was RM316 including RM16 GST.

Agreed TIME is very good but too bad they are only allow to do business on high rise tower. I'm staying in a landed house just opposite an apartment (which has TIME) still I don't get TIME and have to enjoy streamyx max 4mbps copper line with no plan to install fiber cable mad.gif vmad.gif ranting.gif

Even some apartment not supported by TIME. My last deal with TIME and TM unifi agent conclusion is....TIME must have 30 ppl to apply for TIME and TM unifi must have 70 ppl to apply for unifi...baru they will pull the cable. Its all about the cost...

I get one set to try last month, and returned. The speed was just around 30mbps. I can’t imagine if it drops more ...

If your area have fiber cable go for it don't chose Wireless broadband over fiber cable broadband. Wireless broadband's speed tend to drop as time goes by as more people subscribe. My hands are being forced to chose wireless broadband as my area don't have fiber cable and max speed is 4mbps with copper cable. Gosh...what a shame!

Celcom seem to have 2 4G setting.

it could be either 4G +44 OR 4G something ended with OOC (long ID)

When streaming online movie especially from SteamMango or Openload...
4G ***.OOC (long ID) always stuck during streaming while

4G +44 very smooth.

to toogle between those 4G Signal....use HManager

well...i need to go back and check again..

ok...let say...auto restart or power up....
the Celcom will always LOCK you into one 4G Band...with ID......OOOCD (something like that)
SpeedTest will give you good speed ...at least 20Mbps UP and 15Mbps DOWN

But when streaming from Movie Website.......The movie/drama will hung halfway most of the time...like got timeout.
restart again....still freeze..
BUt when do Speedtest concurrently....no problem...

BUT if i were to change to another 4G band...which end +44 ID.
This is much better and smoother

Once you download Huawei HManager to your Android devices, you can lock the band for your Huawei B618 router. For Celcom, the band is 1800MHz and 2600MHz. Once both of this band is locked, the indicate in Huawei HManager will shown 4G - 44.

You need to download Huawei HManager and login as administrator (based on Huawei B618 router password) before can lock the band.

The password is the password you enter when you access the router page (https://192.168.8.1).
