I just subscribed platinum 150 plan today due to my new condo do not have Unifi service yet.. the speed and modem is really good.. the onnly concern will be 150gb only. However it is the most highest quota in broadband services. No complaints for it as RM 1 for each GB. Also additional 1tb video wall which may use for YouTube and dailymotion..

Congratulations! Video Walla used to include Netflix too, until they decided to remove it since last week. And it was removed without informing existing users. When asked why were users not informed, CS just give you a link to their TAC. I love their professionalism. First class!

hmm.. my usage will mainly used for youtube and surfing + my works.. 150gb divided by 30 days = 5gb per day.. should be sufficient for my usage for interim period.. until my building have unifi services then i'll apply that one..

Better upgraded to TM Unifi Turbo next month. Not worth to spend $$ to wireless broadband.
*
if able to have fibre broadband service is the best for better & stable connection.. but somehow i believe people will go for wireless broadband are due to lack of service in the location..

example, my condo building due to newly CCC recently and still waiting to TM to connect unifi services into the building.. collecting demand from owners but somehow not everyone going to subscribe it yet..

i will prefer 10mbps averagely will do.. but celcom wireless broadband seem offer more than the speed.. hopefully the connection is stable and do as it is.

First month speed is promising. When come to subsequent months, you may realized the speed throttle down a lot. Do take note their marketing gimmicks.

hmm.. yeah will continue to observe.

I have the same problem at my area. It has been more than 15 years and still no fiber cable. Seems like people around my area are happy with 4mbps max speed and I am the only one asking for fiber cable
*
my condo definitely is in unifi ready location, but since it is newly built and need demand for connecting services..

but ya.. we will not know when they are going to connect it.. so celcom is better choice for me to use as wireless broadband.. Digi infinite 150 plan is interesting, but somehow digi is not stable for my area + i have to spend money to purchase a good modem.. much costly option for me..

celcom, maxis, unifi are very good coverage.. umobile only 3G available.. digi almost on par with umobile.. aiya..

try for a month or two, then check the connection. my first two month the connection can reach until 70mbps, but now its suck. yesterday i call them bcoz the speedtest that i get is 240kbps.. KBPS!!!!!
*
hmm.. after 1 or 2 months if only 240kbps all the time then really speechless.. are u exceed your quota? mine still got 14x gb after 3 days of usage.. my mum mostly load youtube & social media apps only.. me personally movie & working purposes.. so combination of 150gb + 1TB video streaming is definitely sufficient for my house usage then.. i need stable speed for working purposes..

QUOTE(Charlize1103 @ Jul 19 2018, 12:29 PM)
True enough. I used to get 90+mbps after 2months now I get 40+mbps. Can not imagine what I will get after a year
*
40mbps still is very good for a wireless broadband.. i just wish have stable minimum 5mbps & above will do.. at least for me.. faster speed is always welcome, but minimum stable speed at 5mbps that i want..

me at my area, Penang area, celcom wireless broadband gave me averagely up to 40 mbps DL and 15 mbps UL during non-peak period.. peak duration mostly 10~15 mbps DL and 5mbps UL only..

i never get 100mbps like that.. however, for 10mbps DL and 5mbps UL is sufficient for me to do work.. hopefully the connection is stable as it is..

Hahahaahahah.

I think the unifi team is sleeping everyday. I already waited for 3 months to install my unifi fiber but until now still no port. What on earth is this?!

My area is also high demand for fiber internet and is located in PJ! Seems like one unifi port would take TM millions of $$ to build. mad.gif  mad.gif  mad.gif  mad.gif
Now, I ended up with this stupid LOCKED celcom home wifi broadband. Such a BS.

Anyone tried Unifi Bebas with unlimited network? Heard it's RM80 per month only but speed capped at 8mbps

the port issue definitely is some pain for someone.. too bad.. new house or just move to the area? normally new house then should be UNIFI and port ready. too bad and u have to try out wireless options.. i heard most ppl use digi 150 plan before.. unlimited quota for tethering..
