Do you think it's worth to terminate my current "unlimited" streamyx 8mbps bonanza campaign? Currently it costs RM93.95 (after GST) for two years. After two years, it will revert back to original price, which is RM160/month. Terminate the streamyx, pay the RM500++ penalty and subscribe the Celcom Wireless Broadband RM150++ packages. Upon checking the coverage at celcom portal, it said that my address are serviceable. Speedtest done via my iphone also reached 40Mbps Down / 10Mbps up (after midnight) and 15Mbps Down / 7Mbps Up peak time. Streamyx served me well, nothing much problems involved but I only want the fast upload speed There's no unifi here, even lite albeit my area are classified under SUBB coverage. TM said that next plan for SUBB at my address will be sometime around 2019-2020. Well, I take their statement as a grain of salt only.

Just subscribed to 159 package from Bluecube All Seasons, Penang and got a brand new Huawei B618. They claimed it’s their last unit. What I wanna know is there a way to tell how much I have used from my video walla quota of 850GB as on the website, Celcom only shows me how much I use from the 150GB quota?

Celcom Online Service website only show the conventional 150GB quota. For video walla quota checking, you may need to download the Celcom Postpaid apps as suggested by Celcom personnel or can call their hotline to ask for the quota balance as at today. I had downloaded the Celcom postpaid apps but is pretty useless as the page can't load properly with blank screen show in my smartphone.

I downloaded the postpaid app too, but as I use xpax, once logined, I was redirected to the XPAX app instead.

they didnt have on their postpaid apps too.. maybe need to call them to add that info on the website.. because this thing is still new

Guys, wanna ask. How do celcom track walla usage? If streaming youtube via YouTube app & youtube website?

if stream from webpage, Sales advisor said it will consume your normal data quota

For now the only way to check your video walla usage is through their hotline 1-300-11-3282 where the call is charged at 30 cents/ minute, OR you can message Celcom on Facebook to check.

Regarding the quota, Video walla quota is separated from the normal monthly quota, e.g. if you subscribe to RM159/ month, your monthly quota is 150GB and video walla quota is 1TB

Hi all, anyone realized why the Celcom Online Service stated the billing date is different from the registration date that we subscribed the package? Isn't that it supposed to be tally with our date of registering the package?
