Just call the number you mention earlier and give them your registered Celcom sim card number (broadband) and ask them to do the reset for you.

By the way guys, we need to destroy this evidence (topic) to prevent too many ppl subscribe to this plan..

QUOTE
The modem is provided is covered by a 24-month warranty but you would need to pay RM499 if the modem is damaged due to negligence. The broadband plans are tied to a 24-month contract and if you decide to terminate after 30 days of registration, you’ll need to pay a penalty of RM499 with reducing balance. Once you’ve paid the penalty, the modem is yours to keep.

Anyone can explain it more about the ....with reducing balance.

it means the longer you stay with the plan, the lower penalty you need to pay when terminating within contract period.

for example this is a two years contract. If you terminate at the one year mark, you only need to pay half of RM499. That is how it is normally counted.

Hi guys. May I know if this is the Celcom Broadband plan on this website here?

https://www.celcom.com.my/personal/broadban...lcom-home-fibre

And they have different plans, 120 150 180? Said the speed is capped at 10,20,and 40Mbps respectively but you guys managed to get more? How’s the coverage?Thinking of porting out from my Digi Infinite if it’s as good or better...

so now there is no capped on walla sites anymore? damn, i just terminate the plan just becoz of this walla issue. seriously? if you give quota, it is up to user to use it accordingly..if it is unlimited, then it is quite acceptable to cap streaming site.

Read what? i read your comment bout youtube can play 1080p after chatting with CS? during my time with this home wireless plan, my youtube speed never exceed 2Mbps, so it is default to 480p only, forcing 720p will have to pause for video to buffer. ermm
Emailing the CS last two weeks as i can't find any clause that walla capped to atmost2Mbps, but just receive reply today. i guess so many complain huh?
Went to blue cube to terminate, even bluie cube in-charge didn't know about this walla capped. Well played.

Kami mohon maaf. Untuk Celcom Home Wireless, kami tak boleh nak reset network. Encik kena hubungi 1-300-11-3282 jika encik mengalami gangguan. Akan ada perunding teknikal yang akan bantu encik.

i dont want sometimes, i want everytime looor..Celcom does not sincere enough..assume; speed capped to 2Mbps (in my case) for walla, so it is 250kbps transfer rate, 15mb data used per minute, 900mb per hour. 21.6GB per day, time 30days=648GB...
this if and only if 24/7 stream walla, who can do that?
oh did i mention for 159 plan, celcom give 850GB walla, How to utilised all walla data?
