Nothing. Just using a dormant account as holding to deposit or withdraw from wechat instead of using main account. Security issue.

just last week I withdraw 5 times a day. Amount ranged from RM 10 to 100++. Didnt get banned.

Can we just do payment to chinaman thru wechat pay? Transfer money to china by wechat pay.
How is the convertion rate?

Nope. Unless you have a CN wallet and in order to use CN wallet for transfer, you will need to verify with a China ID (NRIC) and Chins bank account.

If you are looking to transfer fund to Chinese citizen,
you can try Bigpay that able to transfer fund to his/her Alipay
Their conversion rate follow MasterCard rate,
but the processing fee is not cheap (RM23 per transfer)

That is certainly not true, you can verify your WeChat CN wallet with Passport

as far as I know, even transferring also cannot, if the receiver does not have a China bank account bind with the wallet.
Or else it would be much much much easier!

Unverified account still can use the money in the wallet, just cannot accept any transfer from others.
