Mine works fine with Bigpay card, just make sure you've selected the card instead of wallet during payment.

If the sticker shows 'Wechat Pay' in English, then it's accepted, if it's '微信支付' (Chinese), then it's only for mainland Chinese users.

Hi , how to confirm the identity to receive the money transfer from wechat pay china ?
When i click receive fund , keep appear confirm identity and after link bank card ( hlb cimb bigpay mbb ) debit and credit also same cannot receive.

You need a China Identity Card to verify your account. Get someone from China whom you know to do for you, you need to link his/her bank card as well. One Identity Card can be used for 5 accounts I think. Otherwise, look for someone on Shopee that does verification. They will use random people's ID to verify, security wise I cannot comment much.

Updates: I just managed to solve this problem. Just call Hong Leong 03-76268899 > Hong Leong Connect, to talk to customer service. Tell him/her you get the message "Sorry, your mobile number has not been registered for Verified by VISA authentication". He/she will then ask you several security questions to prove that you are you sweat.gif , then ask you to provide your updated mobile number. Wait for 1 hour then can link your HL card with Wechat Pay MY already.

yes. i just sent money packet to friend.
and yesterday used Receive Money function to receive money more than RM200 from relative.
Used Quick Pay function last week, tied to credit card. Worked.

Not possible all the while, except CIMB-Lazada Prepaid MasterCard till September 2019 (blocked now).
