Nobody reported the MCC for Wechatpay Malaysia yet.
If MCC 6012 (Bigpay - till Nov 2018), No 0.5% cashback for CIMB-Lazada Prepaid MC.

Open a savings account at ICBC Bank (Not OCBC), Bank of China, or Public Bank and get a Unionpay Debit Card. It is widely accepted. Most of the outlets don't accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex.

I am using both Maybank Visa Debit and Public Visa Debit, successfully added.

Otherwise you have to go to branch to change your old cards to the new upgraded cards (with MyDebit logo).

Bigpay is a Prepaid Mastercard, not a bank debit card.

You used the wrong cards, 4386-68** and 4460-**** are CREDIT cards, not Debit cards.

Not really, some CASA or Debit cards do give incentives or rewards/rebate. Cash-out is FOC.
Eg OCBC 360.

If RM5k per month, you shall be reaching the annual limits for CIMB-Lazada MC (RM50k) and Wechatpay (RM50k). The limits will be refreshed on 1/1/2020.

Not only CIMB-Lazada MC has this transaction limit.

They are different wallets and not interchangable.
You dont need a Chinese bank card or +86 phone number to get MY wallet.

WeChat Pay Malaysia and the original WeChat Pay are not interchangable. You don't have a WeChat Pay CN account.
