Yes SB promo was really good, same here that time super disappointed with llao llao campaign and critised them but after that I think they did fairly well.

I can only say extremely poor forecast by most companies. Samsung also one of them, normally duration like 2 months but they end in few days

Guess they didn't anticipate the participation by some heroes with multiple devices and mobile numbers. But everyone played by the rules, even the heroes.

They said its first come first served. At least better than those movie ticket buy 1 free 1 offers, 12:05AM finish already. I also enjoyed this Petron deal twice.

Still not that bad for the movie ticket if:-
a) Can buy online
b) Will know if limit reached before buying

I encountered stupid Samsung free Kenny Rogers. Cannot tell how many redemption left. Must be at location only can redeem (last time they allow to grab the code first, now got 1 hour count down timer). So whole family went to one outlet trying to redeem. App still show available, but after clicked, quota full. Wasted time went all the way there, but reached limit. Same with most promo, it ended in just few days despite the published promo duration of I think 1-2 months.

i only manage to claim once. rm20. still ok la i think. that is more than CC cash back.

I prefer instant cash back like this. Some promo they like to use marketing gimmick "stand a chance" "stand a chance", where u don't even know how many ppl actually getting the cashback as compared to what they advertised.

This one you can verify that anyone who pumps first time guarantee a RM20 rebate. And thats a lot of money they are giving out.

So far I deem instant rebate more sincere and transparent - T&G, WeChat & GrabPay belong to this category most of the time.

Those that tried hard to encourage repeated visit, random draw, "stand a chance" tactics are Boost and Fave, where it's not immediate or directly given on the spot. I've had various issues with such promo method

No need try already, went Petron around 8pm and there was long queue, everyone trying to get their last pump but was told no more discount after 7:30pm.
