Any idea where to get holy panda switch with ready keyboard?

You mean a prebuilt keyboard that uses holy pandas? Doesn't exist. You can probably find modded keyboards for sale though. Try places like r/Mechmarket

yeah no such option. like our friend said, it's either source for used, or just grab the switches, a blank kit, then build it up (by yourself or ask experienced builders to help you out)

I've checked self build. Seems like it's even more expensive than the normal keyboard available with Cherry MX Blue.

Is there any hotswap available for Holy Panda? I don't have solder at home so it's pretty hard for me to self build

i bought hot swab pcb from aliexpress.
upon arrival, i`ve tested the key, it was okay but the left ctrl was mapped to CAPS LOck.

so decided to configure it using guide from YMDK

unfortunately, after flashing, all the keys is not registered. The RGB lighting is working btw.
i`ve done multiple reset but still the key still not functioning..

with all parts being the same, holy panda is still more expensive than cherry mx blue.

as for hot-swap boards, there are plenty of them, with different form factors. we do not know anything about your budget and expectations. so you should help yourself and look them up.

from the guide, basically you just needed to upload the correct json to the site, and get the .hex. the keymaps looked ok to me by default, so you don't need to change anything. i had no issue configuring and compiling the .hex.

did you unplug and plug in the cable after flash?

edit: .. and you said you did multiple resets. did you do the reset by pressing the physical reset button, or by pressing spacebar + b before you reconnect the cable to the keyboard? you can see the status with qmk toolbox.

i did the same thing.
after flash, unplug and plug it back.
still the same. keys not detected

ok. i assumed that the results were the same: qmk_toolbox showed a yellow message that the pcb was in dfu mode, and you have flashed the pcb successfully with the downloaded .hex file many times, after you have installed the Zadig drivers.

This pcb i flash before last year, so, just flash using ymd96. It's ideal case teaching to flash this board.
If not working, you can send to me to check.
Just that, we said "can" but you tried "can't", it's either we or you think it too simple. Maybe sometime have components or layout rosak, or even controller pins lift off.

Are those 'cherry卫星轴' stabs on taobao legit? Do people generally use cherry stabs?

Can recommend cheaper backlit double shot pbt keycap pls? taihao is very exp, pokai already

usually known shops like ymdk and kbdfans sell genuine cherry stabs. well, for custom builds most people will pick up better ones, like gmk or c3.

you can find ikbc backlit double-shot pbt at taobao. anything that is cheaper than that are not good imo.

i tried to use my brother`s computer. miraculously his pc detecting the keyboard and also the key switch is functioning well.
i use switch hitter and found out that my ymdk96 is successfully flashed before.

but then when i put it back to my pc, the switch is not working
i think there is driver issue in my pc
i don`t know what should i do..
