...and does anyone know Setia Alam not only developed by Sp Setia now? The future of Setia Alam is on the northern part. Just for another example, suria hill by sunsuria, one of the latest bangalow projects. Not by Sp Setia.

Sp Setia era can consider done after the top guns left... unless they can manage like what it used to be, I have higher anticipation on Sunsuria in Setia Alam, and you shd not underestimate the New Phases by PKNS nowadays..
