Agreeable. Thats why not many people want to move to setiaalam. Unless they frm klang like my aunt.

Most of ppls from pj included myself moved from pj to setia alam.. In fact the whole setia alam residents are moving from kl pj or subang jaya.. U hardly see klang ppls buying setia alam. They prefer bandar bukit raja..

Single storey has less demand, hard to sell as well in setia alam.

I think they refer to bangalow under sp setia.
Somemore ur example is zero lot bangalow

my aunt said bukit raja more spacious ended up buy setia alam

Then shd mention Sp Setia bangalow, not Setia Alam bangalow

Nowaday most bangalow is zero lot. Land getting scarcity..

my mind was concentrating on SP Setia punya properties when I said setia alam tak ada bungalow.

actually SP Setia does have one or two limited edition bungalows under their built then sell phase.....think very limited SMDs and Bungalows....at the back of Setia Eramas shops....near the MBSA branch.

A lot Klang ppl esp Eng Ann / Berkeley and Meru side moved to Setia Alam.

My frens a lot of them moved from Klang to Setia Alam and even they said they saw their ex neighbours moving Setia Alam too. I also had 2-3 frens moved from Subang Jaya / USJ about 5 yrs ago.

I would say on average more than 50% of residents are moving from klang....

some from USJ Subang and rest from PJ and etc...I know some even moved from Ampang
