The crowd used to be bigger during sps heydays. But now, went for few events at welcome centre with lesser turn ups. Everthing free some more... smile.gif

i was there last week at eco park. bungalow for sale. net price (after discount etc) at RM2.9mn. about 5,000 sqft land.

i'm surprised.

i think the old team better at managing prices. now the current team just turun harga.

That is correct. Under piling stage as we speak.

No doubt it's good to have more projects at SA, but however imagine the traffic once it is complete.

Quite low actually. My family have a unit in Baiduri and occupancy rate is about 25% or less despite getting the key earlier this year.

Jati with slightly better occupancy @ 50% to 55% according to the management office. Out of all projects, jati is the 1st out with VP, towards end of last year.

Wonder how will this apartment project fares when fully completion.

Then, the SOVO is nearing completion & not to forget SP going to launch service apartment with similar concept with SOVO soon right next to the mall.

Oh ya, BTW, consist of 5 projects, jati, baiduri, intan, mutiara & kasturi. If let says each with 1k units. Altogether 5k units.

What would be the supply vs demand like?
