i visited both baiduri and jati last 2 months.

it's spotted on for weekend with those cars park on site and when you actually went in survey pressing on lift, looking around neighborhood etc.

could be 30%-40% for older CF and almost 10% for later CF

SP been launching non stop in Setia ALam as well as Ecohill semenyih. Seems like the anytime can get to own a SP property now. Unlike older time, you need to queue and fight for one. Bad sign!
