I also doubt grabpay in the begining. Since I already having grab, and they suddenly upgraded their apps to include grabpay on same function, I decided to top up early last mth due to the offered RM15 durian rebate..

I can tell u it is similar to boost and for those scare to link their atm/cc to the apps, grabpay can be upload via any 7-11. This make them better compare to boost but too bad their merchants are not as widely as boost at this moment of time.

Received this reply from Boost after complaining not getting rm5 referal rewards:

You are entitled up to RM5 for every friend who enters your Invite Code during their registration and performs mobile credit top up (Umobile, Hotlink, Digi,..) with a minimum amount of RM10 via Boost.

Was the t&c in red required all this while or it is a new one?

Yes, all the while the T&C is same for referral. You are entitled to up to RM5 for every friend who enters your Invite Code during their registration and performs mobile credit top up with a minimum amount of RM10 via Boost. I got RM1 shake reward for inviting friend icon_idea.gif

May be they received allot of complaint or negative feedback, so last minute decided to continue the promo…

Their CS is not responsive as previous.. even though they suppose to reply within 2 operating hours, yet, they can totally ignore our email for whole day.. e Wallet is governed by bnm, but, they have only email / social media as contact, u can’t even call in case of urgency.

that’s true...they didnt reveal their contact no at all in their website and facebook. even if they reply email, they also do not indicate any contact no and address
So...i normally dont put too much money in my wallet. reload only when i need to spend

regarding receipt for bill payment, no at the moment. but that day they relied in the process to introduce receipt in the near future

Noted, if I pay Syabas, after payment done, there is no transaction details to show that I’ve paid to the Syabas acc no n amount n date as confirmation at all? So, if any dispute, I can only check with Boost n not Syabas as I don have proof of my payment?

Yes, the list of prepaid telcos that u can see in top up section. U can top up for ur friends / family for RM10 with RM5 cashback, still a thing! icon_idea.gif

yeah, no proof of payment for us to show to them. i paid to pba pg, wait nx bill arrive and hope no issue else troublesome.
