Some merchant, if I'm not mistaken was listed as those entitle for 50% previously but now being removed. They've updated their list of merchant, so I just wonder, will they update as and when they wish, and if they remove the merchant without us knowing it, means we will not get the 50% cash back?

If I can recall I did notice few shops like Bumbu Desa, Coffee Bean, Tealive and Toast Box were in the list but now all gone. Just wonder if we spend at these merchant will we still get the rebate

ziniowong is correct, I recall MBG was in the list, but then when I wanted to use, I looked through their list a few times again, it was not there. So I thought I saw wrongly previously, but anyway I still need to buy something so I paid with Boost. Then I got cashback. Then few days later, only I realized they added MBG back into the list. I feel their e-commerce team very messy, to me they might probably make mistakes when uploading the offer, accidently removed or somehow keep changing direction on merchant cashback.

T&C mentioned once throughout the entire promotion period if not mistaken. Anyway, I can confirm it's not once per day, as I've used twice per day before (within 15 min gap)

Asked them already, first time they didn't answer my question but replied something else. Second time I asked again, no reply at all until now (I asked this morning)

Recently their response very slow and poor. Recently I just asked them if one of the outlets have the 50% cash back, then they asked me back, "please kindly update my phone number" before they can proceed. I really don't understand what's the relevance of answering a simple question to updating my phone number

Finally Boost customer feedback replied me that those listed in their website means 100% all outlets will accept Boost, those not listed some might accept, some might not.

But then I asked them, the following still don't accept, how ah? Not sure how they going to answer me:-
- Chizu Sunway Pyramid
- La Juiceria KLCC
- Llao Llao Pavilion

I believe many more still don't accept despite being published on Boost

I feel like a trap lor, if they have stated CB until 31st Aug, they shouldn't simply remove those outlets listed. All outlets listed should be until 31st. If like that then we have to track everyday on the latest list before spending

Just wondering, anyone facing problem logging in with certain phone model? My friend super frustrated, after creating the account, cannot log in at all on her phone (Huawei P10). Tried reset pin, clear cache, etc, all cannot. But when she log in with my phone, no problem. Then I tried to login my account on her phone, still cannot.

Just want to reconfirm, we can't download/save any of Boost transactions right? Do you guys manually keep track to ensure everything tally with your balance?

Just noticed my older transactions gone from the record (they show recent xxx transactions). So if something gone wrong, we can't check anymore

Gotta screen shot from now on, no choice. It's rather risky without any statement, it will be extremely hard to trace back if anything goes wrong.

Their shake reward definitely has reduced. Almost all my transactions recently got RM 1 or RM 0.50. Amount I used quite huge, normally at least 20+.
I spent 155 once and got RM 1.50 and another RM 80 and get RM 1 only.

Used to get RM 1.50 and RM 2 for transactions value about RM 20+/-

Yes it's super inconvenient for merchant, also due to the fact that not many ppl using.
I used at Health Lane even the second time the staff forget the password, I straight away gave the staff the password as I can even remember their pw when they were hunting for it the first time I used.

Same case as many other outlets too, never on, no battery, forget password, don't know how to use, "technical error", etc

Haha same here, I think they don't even read our questions, maybe they read first few words only. They just simply copy and paste a standard answer without answering my question at all, then close/solve the thread. I straight tembak them why closed the topic without answering my question

So far I find that La Juiceria (Pavilion) is the best integrated with Boost.

1) I scan their QR
2) After scan the amt due straight appear (no need to key in manually like Fave)
3) After paid, their cash register will auto confirm and print receipt (no need to stupidly take my phone and copy all those stupid confirmation code)

Totally agree, what if they drop and damage our phone?
The funny part is, they feel more secured by holding our phone, some refused even you hold near to them for them to copy the code, they must hold the phone near to them as if by holding it the code will be more genuine

Anyone got CB for the buy 2 free 1? I bought on Sat and Sun but only got 1 CB
