Grab is getting worse and worse thanks to their monopoly, so won't even bother trying their Grabpay.
But did the merchant that you visit have the sign showing cashback?

Not that they're not accurate, they have yet to add it into the list.

Just received RM 3 cashback from Boost, I didn't even do anything, only bought something from R&R Ayer Keroh couple of days ago.

But rezeki jangan ditolak lah, not gonna ask why I got it.

I love Boost.

Not sure if Boost can keep up the hype after this. IMO the entire payment with boost process is still less convenient than using cash or credit card.

Would you still use Boost without the 50% cashback campaign? Personally my experience with Boost so far hasn’t been all pleasant. Like just now I went to teppanyaki to have lunch, the cashier obviously does not know how to use the device, went all the way into the kitchen, came out after 2 minutes, power up the device, took another 2 mins, I was lucky there isn’t a queue behind me just now, else it will be disastrous.

I have no idea what is their policy/agreement between Boost, as far as I know the MDR Fee now is 0% for Pasar Malam owner / Food truck owner.
I don't see a reason why they refuse, unless it was Credit Card which have MDR fee absorbed by Merchant.

Another case just now , sticker there says Boost accepted , there is the Boost machine. But when asked if can pay via Boost , they give excuses like machine problem system problem bla bla.bla, didn't even bother to try. I lazy to argue, just ask them to cancel order.
