Hotlink flex not good enough in Penang in term of mobile signal.. majority connected with LTE band 3 but very weak signal with 1xx dbm strength..

But in certain area which is below 90 dbm and full bars.. not consistent as KL/PJ area..

Anyone's having issue with receiving TAC code from Hotlink Flex app? I've been in contact with Maxis Customer service for almost a month now and it doesn't seem like they know how to fix this issue.
I just ported in from Umobile postpaid to Hotlink Flex and I even received email from Umobille for payment made( I had extra money in my account before port out ).

Was having issue last 1-2 days, but not the whole month for me.

Wow, unlucky for me. Seems like there's some really big and complicated issue. Otherwise it wouldn't be that long to solve this issue, it's been over a month now for me.

If you want to get tac fast, just call your bank customer service and tell thrm you changed telco from mnp . They will help you to change the setting...

check your blocked number list, you might inadvertently put those short codes into the block number list

I don't see how that affects the Hotlink Flex app TAC code though, I have no problem receiving TAC from banks.

Yeah I've checked it. Not the case. I'm sure the problem is on Maxis side because I was able to request TAC from MyMaxis and Hotlink Red app. Supposedly there'll be a notification that says my number is under Hotlink Flex app and can only request TAC via Hotlink Flex app, that's way back when I was able to login Hotlink Flex without issue.

Quick question, does Facebook video draws from the main data pool or is it from the YouTube data pool?

Yes, lately I must say the network for Maxis is a little overcrowded and not stable. Also I heard Maxis is also upgrading their tower to become 5G ready.
