Anyone's having issue with receiving TAC code from Hotlink Flex app? I've been in contact with Maxis Customer service for almost a month now and it doesn't seem like they know how to fix this issue.
I just ported in from Umobile postpaid to Hotlink Flex and I even received email from Umobille for payment made( I had extra money in my account before port out ).

Wow, unlucky for me. Seems like there's some really big and complicated issue. Otherwise it wouldn't be that long to solve this issue, it's been over a month now for me.

I don't see how that affects the Hotlink Flex app TAC code though, I have no problem receiving TAC from banks.

Yeah I've checked it. Not the case. I'm sure the problem is on Maxis side because I was able to request TAC from MyMaxis and Hotlink Red app. Supposedly there'll be a notification that says my number is under Hotlink Flex app and can only request TAC via Hotlink Flex app, that's way back when I was able to login Hotlink Flex without issue.
