Anyone's having issue with receiving TAC code from Hotlink Flex app? I've been in contact with Maxis Customer service for almost a month now and it doesn't seem like they know how to fix this issue. I just ported in from Umobile postpaid to Hotlink Flex and I even received email from Umobille for payment made( I had extra money in my account before port out ).

I'm sure the problem is on Maxis side because I was able to request TAC from MyMaxis and Hotlink Red app. Supposedly there'll be a notification that says my number is under Hotlink Flex app and can only request TAC via Hotlink Flex app, that's way back when I was able to login Hotlink Flex without issue.
