end up, they ask me to email to them with the case number, with the screenshot, the phone I use, which IOS and they only forwarded it to their programmer. Then, only it will work.

I tot hotlink is prepaid, hotlink flex is upgraded version of hotlink prepaid to postpaid, to entice prepaid user to postpaid, someone duwan expensive MOP plan, willing to sacrifice for lower data quota and less hassle of topup?

Disclaimer: the above statement is based on my "feel" and "experienced" not measured using speedtest whatsoever

Anyway, the hotlink flex data is significantly lower than Maxis MOP (I believe u comparing to this), so, automatically you will be kedekut, try to preserve your data to prevent it run out before next refresh/ billing cycle , so, this also limit the data usage time to test kau kau

So far no issue, used to use maxis one plan downgrade to hotlink flex......same same jer

i think u need to change to prepaid or port out first....last time i downgrade from maxis one plan 98 to hotlink flex, need to change to prepaid for 1 month, then only can change to hotlink flex. Then, someone help me, wait 1 week jer

Don't think hotlink/ maxis allowed that, upgrade can, downgrade tak boleh....u need to port out/ change to prepaid for 1 month or 1 week if u long term customer only can downgrade

this is what i experienced when want downgrade from maxis oneplan to hotlink flex. The staff (online, call and even walk in, face to face talk) told me, upgrade can, downgrade cannot. So, I threaten port out lor (which i really do ), until one forumer help me to change to prepaid with existing number (was told I can't even maintain existing number if i change to prepaid, my number will be recycled, need get new number for prepaid, left with no option to port out jer)

yes, just called 123 just now to confirmed. And, the 10gb pass is only temporary during MCO period, aka most likely until end of the year 31 Dec 2020, unless Hotlink change their plan

And, do not add RM10 for 10GB now, as it follow your billing date.

Example
Billing date is 21 of every month
Today is 15th Jul

If u subscribe the RM10 for 10GB, it will expired on 20th Jul 2020, 11:59:59pm, regardless whether u have fully use the quota or not. Any unused quota, burn

So, the agent advise

used up all data quota 19th/20th Jul if u subscribe to rm10 4gb auto add on, and called to cancel it
21st go buy the rm10 for 10GB data via hotlink apps. Remember do it on monthly basis
