This is a really well done development. Probably best value for money I’ve seen for under 600 psf.
I’d be surprised if this is not cashflow positive as it can compete with the 700 psf projects as well as having a direct MRT link. |

basically whole idea of the project is to rent out the unit. so not recommended for own stay due to safety issue. michaelchang liked this post
