Just to share, some years ago my company rented a corner semi-D house in Klang.
I have attached the picture of the house which I got it from Google maps.
The house is in Lorong Dendang and there is a muslim cemetery opposite of it.
I was suppose to stay there for a week but on the second day I cabut and stayed in a hotel.
Damn the house is haunted, all sort of noise,name calling and personal items being moved. Those 4D seekers can go to that house 

I still find it intrigued that people would carry cellphone in their pocket everyday, having wifi router in the home, and Astro dish on top of the condo, but worry about HTC at 70m-100m away. I would say 50m away is generally safe, which is also what Australia practices according to arpansa. So it's more a personal likeliness/ preferences than it would actually damaging your health.

Per room RM800 per month....with direct lin to MRT station + Security + Facilities.... should be no problem to find tenant....

You can only sell higher than buying price if vp quality exceeds expectations and prices.

Most of the time, coupled with auction and other reasons, mostly prices got dragged down.

Think at the lower scale of the budget nowadays, you have to accept living next to a take your pick - HTC, STP, cemetery, busy Highway, red light district etc. These apply to established areas unless you go somewhere greenfield.
