A lot of properties situated near HTC still BBB and sold out is very similar to the world population knows that smoking caused cancer and bad for health and yet many still smoke

It's their choice and control over their health but eventually, more will wake up and realize the health of their family is more important

leasehold or freehold is not important if

1) you don't intend to have any children (no need to leave any asset)

2) You don't intend to sell your property (own stay forever) as lease hold will depreciate in value over time.

Working adult only goes back to sleep = exposure is approx 10 hours a day

adult has higher ability to generate cells compared to children = less affected by the effects from HTC

Only young children that are at home with almost 24/7 exposure will see faster cells mutation compared to working adults which may take 20-30 years..

all drunk patrons can take MRT home (no more drink driving) tongue.gif

There are no increment opportunity for big units as there are none on higher floor.. all the big unit were built on lower floor only.

In a crowded big chinese restaurant, u will not hear lorry or motorcycle sound outside.. due to space and noise

In your home, late at night.. u could hear the sound of a pin dropped onto the floor.



So, standing in a MRT station with big space and human noise, it will drown out the sound of the train

At a quiet home, limited space and sounds bouncing off the walls, u can definitely hear the rumbling of a train.

Most buyer of this property are not for own stay, it's for rental and investment..

So the HTC doesn't concern them. They just wanted the proximity to MRT for easy rental
