Well the one thing they have going is the nice layout to have ensuites for all bedrooms (900+ sf) thus making it quite conducive to room rental.

So many areas will suffer not just here. But truly Cheras will be relegated to position of crowded concrete jungle but affordable.

i saw many young buyer some are 96-97 or even 00 with salary of just 3.5k wanted to buy 500k-600k property

back when i just start working 2-3 years even i can afford 500k house i still go for rumahwip
need pay 30k downpayment sumo

Use average 5% yearly salary increment. Difficult to double up unless they rajin jump job. Hehe.
Each jump 20% - 30% then can make it. biggrin.gif

pinnacle sri petaling also collapsed during construction before, now completed for 3 years plus dy... everyone happily rent and stay there... rental keep rising... workmanship also consider decent... as ppl will do better when they made a huge mistake... have to look forward instead of looking backward....
