Now day many sold below net price

After you settle and pay all the miscellaneous fees and commissions, most likely you’re out of pocket even if you sell like 5% above nett let alone losing at nett.

Don't simple blow without fact.
Even now interest rate still much lower than before MCO.
This project the nett selling price is 3xxk to 5xxk from developer.
Interest rate not a key factor to sell after VP.

Interest rate higher will affect DSR calculation and loan eligibility, so either buyer nego lower price or seller give big discount, just see which side more desperate

3xxk properties normally will attract wannabe and weak holding buyers… not believe …just wait and see la… no harm right to wait… money in your pocket… you be king

300k buyer know their limit hence buy 300k property

also 300k usually can cover installment or at least wouldn't need to fork out much
but 600k property usually need to fork out at least 500-800 including maintenance fees
