actually you can roughly calculated for a GDV of RM1B with about 2000 units (phase 1 & 2) for an avrg 700 sqft size. It would be with commercial-link properties as well, shop/office & service residences. There's news posted on The Edge.

Agreed. property flipping game not there anymore. but uptrend is intact. Maybe 10 or 20 years later will see another wave. even crisis came but price didn't really drop more than 20% as market tot. becoz of the govern effort to support like hoc & moratorium. Still a lot of rich guys buying properties in crisis. But in overall demand has dropped 20% especially in selangor. Property is a slow & steady game.

That one no issue..concrete is made by chemical reaction n it sticks better to wet surface (u see ppl do tiling they soak the tiles).
Formwork using metal pattern to form is ok..water don't flood the whole thing but wet a bit only will be safe. If uncovered and pour during rain, gg lah (like you kiamsiap use only one teaspoon coffee powder to make 2L of coffee, i am sure that coffee taste so diluted and horrible)
