It is all about price...reasonable price...

I dont think there is much different in term of lease or free hold...

It is about price you buy

Location + boosters

Bear in mind...house that we bought...must be easily rent out, can sell easily and we ourself can stay in that house if situation make it so

Only problem that annoying is apps for resident which is gprop not ready yet until today...
