Ya I know. But Debit Mastercard is not a stand-alone product, not like UOB credit cards.
You must have a CA or SA, then a debit mastercard will be issued and linked to the CASA.
AT UOB's Jompay, only CA or SA will appear for bill payment, not Debit Mastercard.

what are your expenses ? u spend too late on the month ? If u spend at the first week and more than 8/16 transaction u should get at least some cashback. Call UOB to check with them

This is the so call "Lazada Wallet"

I use the Yolo to reload the waller 16 times with RM10,

(Please be noted the wallet can reload up to 10 times per day only, the reason why i can do it, is because i got multiple Lazada account for rebate & Discount code Purpose)

and Yes, you still able to use the lazada discount code when you pay using Lazada wallet, just the payment mode you have to choose the Lazada Wallet, any outstanding amount after used up all your wallet amount, will be prompt to pay by Credit Card, it is Yolo in my case.

Current month's cash back will be out by end of following month. As in which date, nobody knows but usually around 20s of the month.
April cash back will be around 20s May if nothing happens.

you are comparing the wrong cb. there is NO Apr cb yet.

cb on 25/26/28 Apr 2018 was for Mar transactions.
cb on 20 Mar 2018 was for Feb transactions.
cb on 21 Feb 2018 was for Jan transactions.
since you were asking cb for your Apr transactions, of which will only be credited later this month, sometime 20th onwards until end-of-month (per T&C).
