I transacted on Shopee early this month and I've exceeded the minimum swipes. However, the order will be refunded into my YOLO card.
Will I still be eligible for the cashback transacted earlier?

Anyone knows if the UOB YOLO card have high chances to get the cashback? Since they say only first RM110,000 can get. Also is annual fee waiver possible for this card?

I have been getting every month without fail, most of us actually. For my case, I will spend on the first day.

So long you spend at least once per month for consecutive 12 months, it will be auto-waived. Already auto-waived last year, I foresee no issue for this year as well.

Transactions should be sufficient. Worry about the refunded transactions. Those were high value ones to pay utility bill. Gonna black list the seller. vmad.gif

Nice. I think I may apply for this card. Is UOB chance of rejecting application high? Like do they check your CTOS/CCRIS record?

Every bank will at least check CCRIS and other assessments as well.

If refund, sure it won’t give cashback for the refunded txn

Every search will leave a dot on the report for the next 12m.

Either you apply all one shot and let the dots appear altogether or leave a gap of 6~12m to apply next product.

In this way when all checking at that point of time, no one will know u are applying multiple institutions at the same time.

The record is updated quarterly basis. icon_idea.gif

P/s: based on recent contract to upgrade of a FI’s system from twice a year to quarterly basis. tongue.gif

What you mean by dot? And on what report does this dot appear at?

I see. Very clear explanation. Is there anyway for me to know whether or not there is a hard search on my report?

There’s two major ones.

CTOS: Privately owned business entity. Free version is the “soft search” type and the one they send out yearly.

The paid version is one gives you full record. That will be a “hard search” each time you request too.

CCRIS: BNM/govt type. free- “hard search” throughout whenever you or whoever request it.

Another way is that you go branch and get a blur fish there to show you... icon_idea.gif

So means if I want to know for sure I will get another hard search on the report by myself. So to be safe is don't check and wait 6 months before applying?
