What does first come first serve for cashback means?

I just called CS, CS said the MCC is 4121, which is not under exclusion, but she did mention this is an oversea transaction, not considered under online category, but still oversea transaction should have cash rebate too. She need to check further and give me a call back to make certain the reason why I am not getting the cash rebate. so wait.

i think i know why.

i just checked my Mar cb vs Mar transactions. i got 2 transactions not getting cb. both transacted 23 Mar, posted 25 Mar. both transactions were GSC App and Nando's, both definitely are eligible for cb.

missed out rm6.23 cb.


very likely cb pool depleted by 25 Mar, and possibly earlier for Apr.

What I see is that app purchases didn’t fall under online.

Did purchase on Lazada’s app for 30 and didn’t get cashback for that too.

I excluded the app purchase and my cb was correct as I spend 650

There's an amount set aside for monthly CB.
Once the pool dries up (other CC users claimed before you), even if you're eligible, you won't be able to claim any CB.

YOLO still got the minimum one swipe a month to waive that month fee?

It has no monthly fees but it has AF. Spend 1x per month for 12x per year to auto waive AF.

My online swipes and dining swipes on 22nd March all not calculated into rebate.

I see. My Yolo Annual Fee shall be charged next month. I just swiped 12x transactions last month. Let's see whether AF will appear in my CC Statement or not

glad to know that preferred is ok, coz i just did a number of transaction on lazada app due to their birthday sales.

Ya when you mentioned the date i login to PIB and check when is the posting date not calculated.

Just realized my maxis payment on 1st April is counted as 31st March transaction in UOB. Really weird
