Posting Date:24 Mar 2018 Transaction Date: 22 Mar 2018 GRABTAXI BANGKOK TH 29.91 MYR Is it because the cash rebate pool finished? Not considered online?

I just called CS, CS said the MCC is 4121, which is not under exclusion, but she did mention this is an oversea transaction, not considered under online category, but still oversea transaction should have cash rebate too. She need to check further and give me a call back to make certain the reason why I am not getting the cash rebate. so wait.
