I believe since starting april 2018 the cash back eligible requirement is getting stringent, there is high chance to get the cash rebate for the transaction done at month end

Assume the quota finish on 15th of the particular month, but I spend starting on 1st day of the month. And I keep spend until 20th of the month.

Then I get cashback from 1st day of the particular month until 14th of the particular month. But I can't get cashback from 15th to 20th due to finish quota on 15th. Am I right?

You see this way, how come I gain nothing cashback from 1st until 14th? If I gain rm1 campaign cashback, then ntg to argue.

Impossible I can't to complain how their 2nd hand old system generate?

When you start spend? Starting from 1st day of the month?

Wait. I'm a bit lost. I thought your case is only late crediting (since by batches)? And not missing certain cash back?

My case is not the late crediting, is missing cashback.. And the worst is my cashback is RM0.

Done Spending more than 16 times transactions during March. Now the statement release did not see campaign credit this word..

You need to check unbilled transactions and also it could be your cash back is not credited yet (assuming if you fulfilled all the criteria and cash back is not depleted yet which unlikely based on posts here).

My unbilled transactions currently is empty.. Just wait for the next calendar of the month.
And my statement date is every of 23th.

Yes, I know sometimes campaign credit will enter within 15th of the month until 20th of the month (subject either early or late), but not late than 23th if the month.

Then yours may not be credited yet. There were people still getting their cash back yesterday. So long not after tomorrow, then you still cannot complain.

I complained before for late crediting because it wasn't credited even after month end and they investigated and acknowledged the mistake. That time not me alone facing this issue, everyone didn't get theirs on time.

When did u complete 8x/16x swipes?

I almost around first week already complete 8x/16x swipes.
But effective on April onwards, I can't easily hit 16x swipes due to min transactions need RM10 or above.

CB did come in batch.
I also just got it yesterday.
I always on the later batch.
I think we in the same batch though.

So long before end of the month, UOB is still fulfilling their T&C.

I last time around early 3rd week of the month already get CB.
But getting and getting delay around 4th week of 2 days will get CB.
Now worst almost end of the month receive CB.

Anyway, I'm satisfaction for max CB as long as I gain it.

Yes, according to their T&C is by end of following month.
Nothing purposely, anything earlier is a bonus, else they are still following their T&C.
