Recently there are many event for UOB

So far I received 3 kinds of events other than the normal cash rebate rm 10 per transaction = 1 time transaction

1) RM 5 transaction x 3 from mid of the month in the listed online shop to get RM 5 cashback,

means if u swipe 3 times in 11street RM 5, then 3 times in lazada then u entitle for RM 10 total cashback for that event for that month (not sure about the cb first come first serve or not)

2) RM10 x5 or RM 10 x 3 paywave event. Spend at RM 10 per paywave for 5 times a month starting each day of the month until may 31st. Never mention about same merchant in same day ok or not. (First come first serve) The number of paywave is different and if never activate the card before, it will be 3 times. For old card holders is 5 times. CB is RM 30 per month.

3) 10% rebate for oversea/foreign currency spend 3 times for at least RM 100. (no mention first come first serve)

Last month I swipe for first event, and just this afternoon I paywaved for second event by going to mcd and asking my colleague to separately using my card to wave 

Whether will I get or not ? I dont know.. just wait..lol

I did it last night 3x at the same merchant, wait for the rm30

if i use UOB YOLO CARD USE UOB JomPAY  PAY MAXIS,DIGI,TNB BILL CAN GET THE CASH BACK FROM UOB?

i ask my colleague to 1 by 1 use my card swipe for mcd.. the staff is like what the heck.. cant u all order together.. lol..

Haha... I usually tap paywave for McD. Less hassle to key in pin code.

yes most convenient is mcD, unlike KFC got terminal but always give lame excuse system rosak
so i frequent mcD more, if any KFC mgmt ppl read this, please train your staff and improve your payment service

received above cash back, i think should be 10% cash back for preferred platinum card for JANUARY statement.
My last transaction is on 29/1/2018.
mean that not many ppl using this card.....

Both transactions are LAZADA,
one on 25/1  - RM86.44    10% cash back
one on 29/1  - RM372.00  10% cash back

and one transaction Raytech - RM800.00 to make it qualify above RM1000.

did anyone so far receive the rebate for prefer plat already? understand feb rebate will out in march or april , so just wondering anyone here got it already?

I think Feb 10% prefer platinum rebate not yet out...

Im going to do some testing with Yolo.

Preferred Platinum (MC) | T & C for 10% Utilities, Dining and Online Checkout/Payment

1. UOBM Preferred Platinum Card (“Card”) comes with the feature of awarding up to 10% Cash Back
on Utilities Spend, Dining Spend and Online Checkout/Payment on all days (“Cash Back”).
2. The Utilities Spend shall include Standing Instruction transactions with the service providers (Maxis,
Digi, Celcom, Astro, TM & TNB) using the Card.


13. The Cash Back under this Programme shall not be awarded for the following transactions:

utilities bill != bill payment ??

can anyone confirm if TNB payment can get the 10% discount
1. payment via jompay in UOB website
2. payment made via TNB mobile apps

less than 2 in same day = 1 transaction... what you wanna test actually?

AFAIK T&C not specified, but problem is both promo period starts 15 days apart but I am going to try it this 16April on Fave,  Lazada n Shopee buying RM5 stuffs. 1April already spent RM570 with 16 transactions.
