just found out my uob one platinum was charged RM168 annual fee

isit possibleo waive it?

high success rate?

usually you all will call to cancel the card before the annual fee charge or just wait until the annual fee charge and show in the statement ?

Me also not received CB for 1-4 Jan based on old TnC. Wrote an email to them received reply after two days and today they called me to inform the CB will be in soon. Looks like they handle case by case based on complaint received hmm.gif

Update :- Received 1-4Jan cash back on 9.Mar after CS called me.

The latest reply told me I will get it before 10th. I will bug their life again tomorrow if I haven't received it. sleep.gif
I'm so going to complain to BNM if they fail resolve for me.

My experience is I will ask to cancel.. cs can’t do anything but they will get the relevant dept to contact me to confirm cancellation.. normally they call me to retain n offer waiver

Btw, Just would like to reconfirm that my transaction on 3 Jan and posted on 7 Jan is entitled for cash back under old scheme right?

Yes, I have a few transactions posted after 5th Jan but transaction date was before 5th. smile.gif
I got full cash back.

1) This will only affect transactions <RM10 only? Yes

2) What if my transaction is exactly RM10? Will it be affected by this new T&C? Transactions RM10 and above will not be affected.

3) If I have 10 transactions which are RM10 or more per transaction, for the same participating merchant, the calculation for "Total Number of Transactions" = 10? Kindly confirm. Yes.
