I also migrated from Citibank… Having big problems contacting them to solve my annual fees waiver which I can easily solved it with just a call to Citibank CS. But after migrated to UOB, their CS system are total 💩. Till now already nearly 2 months, but still can’t solve this simple issue… Stupid bank! wanna ask if the uob card approved, need to walk in to branch to collect the card or will post to mail address??? cause i ad received sms saying card approved but no indication on how and when can collect the card... thanks |
