I think the the account number should be the A/K in the bill right? How about bill number?

Based on my paid history, account number is starting with "T......."

I just checked again my MBPJ bill (green color one), i only see A/K and NO. BIL
My NO. BIL start with B00XXXX

If you just key in account number and blank the bill no, are you able to proceed?
If yes, then just ignore the bill no

regarding the REF1, is it add the account number? (eg. if i want to pay for TNB, meaning enter TNB account no. at REF1)

follow the instruction in your TNB bill (or any bills).

for TNB, Ref-1 = Account Number (lower-right corner on page1 of your tnb bill)

diff biller has diff Jompay references. some require Ref-1 and Ref-2.


note: remember to tick "Add to Favorite Payee", so that u can quickly make payment later.

Just random question - anyone here has experience from Preferred Plat rough cutoff for CB? Not sure how long 200K will last... and since is based on nett, I assume we need to 'qualify' first, then get CB or it all depends on timing of the swipe regardless?

YOLO has been reliably getting CB up till mid month transactions it seems... I can't tell if qualifying first takes precedence over CB exhaustion based on swipe timing

For YOLO, let's say I have a bill of RM100.

Can I break it down to RM10 paid 10 times online on the same day? Will that count as 10 transactions eligible for cashback?
