follow the instruction in your TNB bill (or any bills).

for TNB, Ref-1 = Account Number (lower-right corner on page1 of your tnb bill)

diff biller has diff Jompay references. some require Ref-1 and Ref-2.
note: remember to tick "Add to Favorite Payee", so that u can quickly make payment later.

Can I spend rm1500 in BigPay one time to receive the cashback?

Or do I need to spend RM500 for Tier 1 and rm1000 for Tier 2?
How to know I'm eligible for which Tier?
Is it base on sms which means I'm qualify for Tier 1 only?

Tq

From my understanding, you need to qualify for Tier 1 with at least 1 transaction of min RM 500.
Once you're qualified for Tier 1, you can be eligible for Tier 2 once you hit the min cumulative amount of RM 1500.

What is not ensure if a single transaction of RM 1500 can automatically qualify for both Tier 1 and Tier 2.

Thanks for reply.
I think I will spend RM500 for 1 week 1st to qualify for Tier 1.
Then will spend RM1000 the following week to qualify for Tier 2.

Since you plan to reload bigpay, i think no harm for you to reload rm500 + rm1000 instead of rm1500 in one go right

Guess you are right. Will do as above mention.
