QUOTE(chingwooi @ Apr 20 2009, 12:38 PM) Welcome to IMU lol, "enjoy" ur lovely orientation week Hey there! I heard the orientation week is horrible! The seniors ask us to do all sorts of ridiculous activities, from throwing eggs at us to asking us to wet our shirts with smelly liquids. Is it true?? Are there any international students in IMU? especially from which countries???

the most interesting club would be infinity milers, one of the most active ones around. they organize alot of hiking trips, and since there are alot of marathons around, alot of the members tend to sign up for it. http://infinitymilers.blogspot.com/

One question, does the student don't like mixing with different race? Like Malay is on group, Chinese one group?
Afraid that it would be harder to make friends.

Afraid that it would be harder to make friends. it depends. but from what i've seen, mostly stick to their own race, only a few small groups like a bit mixed up , got one malay pop out, or one two chinese here and there in different race groups.

Ah, I guess it much the same anywhere else. At least there is a few group rather than none at all.
But everyone got no problem having different friend from different race without 'pulau' each other right?
