Just spoken to developer staff there.
The project building plan is still pending approval till next quarter July-August.
It's lease hold not freehold.
It's condominium not service apartment.
The project completion date could be 3rd quarter 2022.
The total units 1400 including future development of 400 units RUMAHWIP

The Reach seems better bet due to density and land tenure. But of course need to analyse more in term of pricing, commercial/ residential, etc

It's condominium not service apartment meaning is residential title?
1400 units qualify for residential title? I wander.

Any info on pricing and floor plan etc? hmm.gif

Or does "project building plan pending approval" mean that pricing and floor plan is unconfirmed and hence no official info yet?

There's no doubts about it if you compare these two projects.

First time I come across a developer which markets their project before the approval of the building plan. Just came back from the fair yesterday and what the sales staff mentioned is similar to the info they gave to you.

Most of the time they do so before they get the APDL. Then again, there is another condo project near the Salak South LRT station being advertised at this fair which have yet to put up any hoarding, according to the SA there (for those who want to know where it is, I suspect it's some triangular carpark near the LRT station coz the scale model looks like a triangle/cheesecake).

Dropped by the developer's booth at the property fair over the weekend. Was told that indicative pricing is approx RM550 psf before rebate. Main entrance/guard house at Jalan Tiara Titiwangsa 3.

Will this affect the price for The Reach? In terms of pricing psf this project looks cheaper.

The reach definitely grouped as high end condo...much much lower density and premium facilities

I did pass by it before and after the election. The showroom is still closed to this very day even though the renovation is done.

They might still be waiting for approval from DBKL for the DO and APDL. Read at FMT some time back that a group of residents residing nearby protested it due to the density it will bring to the neighbourhood. hmm.gif

You're right, it is the same project coz d'Brightton itself is already 2 blocks, and the rumahw1p tower is the one in front.

Based on the new ruling, maybe this project is on schedule to be launched pretty soon? hmm.gif

So meaning rakyat lost the ruling base on the court order?
This should be rare few new rumahwip launch under the new government.
After Laman Sari (already launched) and Minest residence (yet to available at the website also).

Well, the rakyat still have a glimmer of hope in the latest update just today (link).

I still remember that plot of land this project is sitting on is still hoarded up with no activity even though the sales gallery was already completed a year back before GE14.

Means the hearing that DBKL had was invalid and DBKL ought to hold a new hearing. Which also means, rakyat menang this round.
