Today checked with developer side on the email. The developer in mist on input application for apply TNB for the project. However still had many owner yet provide emergency contact and detail. Hopefully owner here can assist to update other owner to provide detail to developer as soon possible. Owner may drop by sale gallery to submit detail or contact PIC for info.

Anyone could verify if these photos are taken at d'Brightton?

omg if this is really from this project then I'm really speechless

I confirmed that the 2nd (rat) and 4th (lift) photos are from d’Brightton. I went to the condo to see an actual unit for sale by an agent, and found out that the quality and the workmanship is really subpar.

In fact, sorry to say, this is the worst condo in terms of quality I’ve seen so far in KL. Developer is rushing to get VP and there were so many items still outstanding/haven’t been rectified back then.

I visited condo, RM500k+. Villa is around that price

Nevertheless the view is superb!
