any updates, unit size and price?

Was looking at this project before opting for a another nearby. Honestly that area does not have the roads, exits and space to suddenly house that many people. I really can understand the objections of the people.

They should reduce the units by half but greed will not let them to do so. Also apparently it will be the tallest resi building in kl once completed. Imagine... In that location!

Understandable, given the current road access there. I initially thought those folks are selfish as I don't see that many houses in that Taman Tiara Titiwangsa where the Reach is sitting next to. Plus there are quite a number of vacant plots there, so I was wondering what the big deal is.

I remember seeing a DBKL plan posted here some time back where d'Brightton is a big plot while the surrounding are mostly vacant bungalow lots. Road widening there could be possible, or perhaps building one or two links to/from Jln Genting Klang to alleviate the traffic from the small roads heading into both this project and The Reach.

Most we can do is to wait and see what is the outcome of the hearing and GSD's improvement plans for this area.

anymore updates about this project? the developer website seems like too less of info about the project. developer also from northern region, not much info can get about them

Between the above and a high-dense condo, I'd rather choose the latter if I am a resident of the neighbourhood. No way I want some sewage plant right at my back yard.

And wasn't this project one among the 64 plots which were already cleared by MACC?

Why lodge a report on 'conflict of interest' like what the TTDI folks are doing? Are they hoping that by a positive ruling, where the court sided with the public to declare that the DBKL minister's dual position as this and the head of YWP as against the law, that all of the land plots approved for development by the latter will automatically be declared as null and void and no compensation needed to be paid to the developers who already received the DOs for it?

To refresh everyone's memory, the DBKL hearing was declared in court as null and void, which means that they have to hold another round of hearings with the Tmn Tiara Titiwangsa residents before this project can go through (or not). But I haven't seen any updates after that court ruling last year. Either the developer is confident that they'll get their DO soon or the residents, DBKL and this developer sorted this out behind closed doors?

Yes. And I passed by their show gallery almost everyday and they started cleaned up and re-organize the show gallery. Even the TV billboard is up on their sales gallery...
